Met up with a friend for dinner here and the ambience on the patio was really nice. Got the tonkotsu black ramen and it was pretty good. Our waiter was excellent and very helpful!

I had an awesome dinner after the hockey game last night! I stopped in and had a few of the appetizers as my meal, along with a great local IPA! The JINYA bun was absolutely delicious and perfect! The corn tempura was very interesting, that came with a tasty dipping sauce. Finally, the crispy rice spicy tuna was fabulous. It was bursting with flavor and was definitely spicy- but in a great way. That was a special treat. The service was great and my server Nayah was extremely friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Dallas, I'll definitely stop back in.

This location is a vibe that's consistent across the board. I liked the darker decor. Made me feel like I was at a bar, which it is. Even our server matched the vibe. Very chill yet still helpful. The menu had a decent selection, not as expansive as I would have liked but still plenty of options. They do have non pork options, but they are very limited. I appreciated the flavor of my ramen and how colorful and beautiful the dish looked. Very appetizing bowls of ramen. The noodles were tasty. I did yearn for more kick in the flavor department. It wasn't bland, very savory, but nothing really stood out. Both of our eggs were cooked exactly the same. Slightly runnier in the inside than I prefer but still tasty. The amount of food was adequate but probably on the average side. Would I recommend this place to hardcore ramen lovers, probably not, but for the average person, heck yes. Nice touch with the vegan veggie menu also. I did not get that traditional ramen bar vibe, more of an Americanized hip ramen bar that promotes socializing without actually promoting it.

This was my first time trying this ramen spot out on Victory Park. Had a date night with my daughter and I must said it was delicious. The service was fantastic and the of course the food was great. If you are in the area definitely give them a try. They have indoor and outdoor seatings for when the weather is a bit warm, even tho they have a fire pit out there burning I would still prefer to seat inside during this cold weather. also the price was reasonable and worth it.... What we had! *JINYA Tonkotsu Black *Crispy Chicken with Salad *Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna *Salmon Poke Taco

Decided to try this spot out for lunch with my dad and i really enjoyed the jinta tonkotsu black ramen. I ordered it as is and the broth was so good. The egg was perfect. I wish there was a bit more meat, only 2 pieces of pork- the add on price is kinda pricey but I'm not sure how much you get. My dad got a beer flight and the spicy chicken ramen with mushrooms on the side. The spicy is pretty medium level- nothing too crazy. I wish i had more room to try other items on the menu. The atmosphere is nice but loud. The music is loud and as each order comes up they yell it out. I asked my dad if he would come here again and he said he would but sit upstairs where they arent yelling. Our server was friendly and attentive and our food came out very quickly.

The vegan options at Jinya Ramen Bar blow me away. I started off with an appetizer, the impossible gyoza, which was very flavorful. Love how it's pan fried--not deep fried. Thick filling and soft wrap were also qualities of the gyoza that I enjoyed. Next, I ordered the quinoa salad, which had a delicious dressing drenched across the plate. I definitely recommend ordering the quinoa salad. Very refreshing and perfect for the heat wave. There was an abundance of toppings on the Flying Vegan Harvest including tofu, impossible meat, green onions, corn, and purple onions. Love how the broccolini was roasted and seasoned. The portion size is worth the price, but the only thing that I found disappointing was the saltiness of the broth. It was too salty for my preference! Also, the service was also really slow. Not sure if they're experiencing a shortage of staff, but it took a while for a server to take our order and bring out the food.

Great contemporary Ramen spot in Victory Park. The chef special Karaage ramen was excellent. Shout out to our server, Rebecca, for the great suggestion and the good service in general! The spicy chicken and the tonkotsu ramen were good as well. Definitely worth a try.

Very good. I did not have a lot of expectations coming here but I was pleasantly surprised. Our chashu pork buns were tender but needed more flavor like a sauce. It comes with Mayo, but we opted no Mayo. It only had some lettuce on it. It def needed something more, maybe something pickled. The fried chicken Karrage were big and tender and had a nice crunch. It had soy sauce for dipping which was okay. We had a chashu rice bowl, that was very delicious and the egg was very good. Our friend had a black garlic oil ramen and his broth was very delicious and flavorful. We would prob come back here and have ramen and chashu bowl again.
